LN: Hey Harinath! Introduce yourself to our folks at LogiNext

HS: Hey team, I’m Harinath Sidh, Sr. Client Operations Manager at LogiNext. It’s been a privilege to be a part of this exciting journey over the last 7+ years. I was born and brought up in Baroda, Gujarat. My bachelor’s in Mass Communication was completed at Amity University. After graduation, I took up roles in Event Management, VFX Animation, and Photography. In 2-3 years, I had experience in different sectors. After which, I started my stint with LogiNext.

LN: Tell us about your journey at LogiNext

HS: I started as a Field Service Manager, back then we were known as Sprinter for Hyper Local Delivery. After 5-6 months, I got an opportunity to do Marketing in Mumbai, for an Inside Sales role which mainly was data mining, back in 2016. Working directly under our Founder and CEO, Dhruvil Sanghvi,  I helped the team bring multiple leads and contacts and handed them to the sales team. Then after 6-8 months, there was a new position open for Client Operations Manager in Delhi, which I took upon as my next challenge. (Fun fact– I moved to Delhi in just 3 days to handle the new role.) I got to take on multiple roles from Solutioning to Operation handling to Account Management. This is now streamlined as Business Development, Operations, and Account Management teams.

I got the opportunity to work with different accounts like Jubilant FoodWorks, Maruti, Toyota, and Philips, with two customers in the Middle East, a few in the APAC region, and some in North America and Europe. My role revolves around managing relationships with our clients, and it’s been nothing short of an adventure filled with challenging and immensely rewarding experiences that have now become captivating stories.

LN: Take us through your daily routine at LogiNext

HS:  I have a well-organized route to enhance my productivity. Having a good grasp of the product and technology adds more confidence. I begin by prioritizing tasks for the day, planning and coordinating any crucial meetings, and touching base with my team members for updates. A significant part of the day is spent following up with urgent and prioritized tickets. This ensures seamless communication between our team and clients, thus resolving any pressing concerns that may arise. Additionally, conducting weekly reviews for our customers to understand how they are using our product. Demoing or pushing new features to customers and managing relationships with them and taking NPS from them are some of the KPIs.

LN: What’s the best thing about your role and what keeps you motivated?

HS: Well, working for 7+ years, I started as a teenager and am now a dad of one, the product is what has kept me motivated. When I started, we had the bare minimum requirements with GPS tracking and Haul-moment. But now when you see the product, it’s been transformed into one of the best delivery management platforms. With the product, I have also grown in leaps and bounds which keeps the fire burning. The adrenaline rush I experience when witnessing our clients succeed through our product gives me an unparalleled sense of accomplishment and pride. Our efforts contributing to the growth and success of our clients are something truly heartening.

Harinath Sidh take on Soft Skill Importance

LN: Who are your role models? Within or outside the organization.

HS: Within our organization, my role model would be the captain of our ship, Dhruvil Sanghvi. His exceptional leadership skills have steered the organization efficiently, leading to remarkable growth and success. Outside the organization, I draw inspiration from Nikhil Kamath. He’s a true visionary and prominent figure in the world of finance and entrepreneurship. My learnings from his achievements and innovative thinking have had a great impact on my professional and personal growth.

LN: What’s the best advice you’ve heard or given?

HS: “Prioritize your personal growth” This advice is the best I have received and I like to share it with others. Focusing on self-improvement, be it physical, mental, personal, or professional, opens up endless opportunities for growth and fulfillment.

Harinath Sidh on Work Life Balance

LN: What are your hobbies and interests?

HS: Apart from my dedication to the world of Business Development, I’m deeply passionate about Finance and Entrepreneurship. I can spend hours reading articles or listening to podcasts to gain knowledge and seek inspiration from successful entrepreneurs and financial experts. A few years back, I was passionate about photography, making documentaries, and animations but I suppose with time passion changes and you adapt to new likings.

LN: Your favorite book or movie?

HS: I’m not an avid reader but my all-time favorite movie is “The Terminal” by Steven Spielberg. This heartwarming film captures the essence of resilience, adaptability, and the beauty of human connections. This makes it timeless and my most cherished movie to date.

LN: What superpower would you like to have and why?

HS: The superpower that I would opt for is “Time Bending”. I would love to have the ability to manipulate time to grant me the freedom to cherish every moment. I would allocate more time for creative pursuits and tackle urgent tasks with precision. Time Bending would be the ultimate conductor’s baton, orchestrating my endeavors seamlessly.

On a closing note, Harinath states- I have completed 7+ years of my journey at LogiNext but it doesn’t feel like it. With LogiNext, you get to interact with different clients, each having a unique use case, and you never stop learning.
