Loading Time Per Order:<\/strong> As you might have guessed, this parameter helps define the average time taken (in seconds) to load each order in the vehicle at the branch.<\/p>\n

Default Service Time Per Order:<\/strong> This parameter is used to define the default time (in minutes) that would be spent at a customer\u2019s location to fulfill each order.
\nFor example, if the default service time is set to 10 and there are 5 orders to be delivered at a customer\u2019s location, 50 minutes will be considered to complete the delivery.<\/p>\n

Default Service Time at The Customer Location:<\/strong> This parameter defines the default time (in minutes) that would be spent at a customer\u2019s location (regardless of the number of orders to be fulfilled). The factors considered when setting this parameter include parking time, security check time, etc., which are one-time activities to be done at a customer\u2019s location, regardless of how many orders are being fulfilled.
\nFor example, if the default service time at the customer location is set at 15 and there are 5 orders to be delivered at a customer\u2019s location, 15 minutes will be considered.<\/p>\n

ETA Notification Window:<\/strong> This parameter helps set the window for completing the delivery. The ETA windows communicate to your customers through alerts and tracking links.
\nFor example, an order with the ETA of 2:38 PM will be shown as arriving between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM if you choose a 1-hour ETA notification window.<\/p>\n

ETA Revision Configuration:<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Here, you can configure the properties that will help revise the planned order ETAs to inform your customers and teams of on-ground variations in real-time. One can get their ETA revised by setting up the following configurations-<\/p>\n

Order Manually Assigned to a Trip:<\/strong> Whenever this parameter is configured, ETAs for the subsequent orders in a trip will be revised when a new order is manually assigned to the trip.<\/p>\n

Trip Start:<\/strong> ETAs for all orders in a trip will be revised on trip start when this parameter is configured.<\/p>\n

Order Checkout:<\/strong> ETAs for the subsequent orders in a trip will be revised after each order fulfillment.<\/p>\n

DA Resuming Duty After The Break:<\/strong> ETAs for the subsequent orders in a trip will be revised when the delivery associate resumes their duty after their break.<\/p>\n

Duration-based ETA Revision:<\/strong> ETAs for the subsequent orders in an ongoing trip will be revised periodically based on the frequency defined here. (Use case: For long trips, rather than trips that span for a few hours).<\/p>\n

Order Cancellation:<\/strong> ETAs for the subsequent orders in a trip will be revised when an order of the trip is canceled.<\/p>\n
